Armoured Men

Armoured MPW Sessions are based on strength and conditioning, cardio and HIIT based workouts. We design innovative bespoke programmes using scientific research evidence, to ensure every aspect of your training proves beneficial to your body. Whether you are looking to train for aesthetic purposes, performance or to maintain a general healthy lifestyle, we cover every aspect possible to ensure you achieve optimum results.

We pride ourselves on providing you with a personalised training programme to focus on your individual needs within our group training. You do not need to worry if you are a beginner or an athlete; we support you to work within your own limits and goals, whilst simultaneously immersing you within a group setting. Training within a group setting enables you to become part of a team, a community of like minded people who will help and support you along the way.

Remember – In team sports, the attack does not have the same strengths or qualities as the defence, but they are both fighting for the same team, together they are both winning.

At Armoured, nobody is left behind, you will be doing your own thing whilst also doing the same as everyone else. Together we can achieve more.

Armoured Olympics

In our bespoke sessions during the week we focus on strength and conditioning and HIIT based workouts to push you to your limits, both mentally and physically. For those who want to take their training a step further we developed Armoured Olympics, a sports based workout designed to focus on improving your cardiovascular system and motor skills. We focus on skill related components of fitness including: agility, balance, coordination, speed, power and reaction time.

‘We Smash Saturdays’ named by one of our founding members runs on a Saturday morning and is open to both men and women, giving you the chance to work out together and also bring your friends along for some serious calorie burn and most importantly a lot of FUN!

This is not just some random cardio or fitness class…THIS IS SCIENCE. Some of the many benefits of cardiovascular exercise include: increased heart muscle strength; improved cholesterol; stress reduction; lowered blood pressure; improves mood and self-esteem boost; weight control and improved sleep.

Your cardiovascular system needs a workout too, not just your muscles. At Armoured we do both.
