It’s never too late to start.

We are living in a world where we are always on our phones, making the most of our new technologies. It can make us feel like we are part of a community yet most can still feel alone. We have shaped our own lifestyle based on our habits and our daily reactions to everyday situations, yet most of us still have parts of ourselves that we are not happy with. In order to create long-lasting change, we need to get back to basics and first understand who we truly are.

Everybody needs somebody. From the people who make us our coffee, to the people who work tirelessly in our health care system to keep us well. We all depend on someone and we depend on them every single day for something.


Our daily habits all contribute to the common sedentary lifestyle that many of us lead. We sit waiting for our morning coffee to be brought to us, we drive to work in our car, we sit at our desks for long periods of time and after a long day, we sit down and watch sports on the TV rather than being active ourselves.


My Personal Journey – Co-Founder of Armoured

In order to alter your mindset and change your life sometimes all it takes is one small step in the right direction. Mental and physical health challenges are something we will all experience at some point in our lives; my passion for Armoured was born from the kindness, support and encouragement from just one individual.
